ASP.NET application is not able to access after installing Oracle client

Today I've installed \[code\]Oracle Client 32 bit\[/code\] after then I couldn't able to run my \[code\]ASP.net application\[/code\] which was hosted in \[code\]IIS\[/code\]. It was given the below issue in the fiddler\[code\]Could not load file or assembly 'Oracle.Web, Version=2.112.1.0,\[/code\]Then, I opened the assembly there \[code\]Oracle.Web\[/code\] wasn't available. What happens this assembly and how to restore?
