ASP.Net and DLLS - How?

I heard that .Net doesn't use COM+ for dll management anymore, and that dlls are stored in the same folder as the app using it (in lots of cases).<BR><BR>What does one use to register a DLL with .net and where are the dlls to be stored (in the same folder?)? I cant find any articles that answer this.<BR><BR>Thanks
