asp.net and C#

What is the difference between ASP.net and C# .<BR>Also what is ASP+<BR>I am completely new to the dot net platform so<BR>how do I start with it , I am having knowledge of<BR>ASP.ASP.NET is the next genteration of ASP.<BR><BR>ASP+, is what ASP.NET used to be called.<BR><BR>Like you write ASP pages in VBScript, or JScript, you can also write ASP.NET in several languages, and C# is one of those, as is VB.NET.
