Asp Login with global

I used asp log in in my project.my registration is like this:1- somebody register himself with create user asp.2- his username pass to the next page for additional information. 3-all of these information will be save in a unique table.the problem is:if the internet disconnected for a user, a username will be created with out information.how should i use global end session integrated with delete user asp log in?please help methanks
