[ASK]Changing User Info Position

first sorry for asking such a kindergarden question, but I'm really are a Noob
how to change the user info that currently in the upside to the leftside
like :

Should I have a certain plugins to make a sidebar on the left? or there is another way??

sorry, my english a bit rusty. I'm not an English man..

Thanks dude.. but, I was currently on "NO", I mean the NO is already ticked.. so, I ticked yes and Done... thx a lot
