Article Writing And e-Etiquette

I'm embarking on some article writing and I was wondering about submitting the same content to different sites. I know that duplicate content is a bad thing for my website and so I presume it's a bad thing for other websites so is the preferred option to mix up the writings so they are similar in content but not identical in wording? how about just create a summary of it then create a link going to your site where the full article is.. i think its better than that.. Duplicate content on article sites isn't a problem for google, although I recommend you publish your article first and ping it - so it becomes the authority, and wait a couple of days before posting to other sites. I would make sure in webtools the page is indexed first before adding to an article site. The higher quality article sites get indexed quick smart in Google. Thats my
