Article Query

If we've posted an article in 250 websites, then why don't we get 250 back links, instead we are getting only few links.

you may ask, it depends on authority of articles sites. If that is the case, I've got some sites which would approve the submitted quality articles with in specific time. Though they were approved, I'm unable to find them in google back links.

This is format i search for - link: www.website.com in google

Do you have any idea to check the exact back links other than what I've provided.

Any suggestions, ideas and advices are most welcome Google is showing backlinks only from the popular and high PR pages.

If you have submitted your article in 250 article directory sites, that does not mean that you will get backlink for all 250 sites. You will only see the backlinks from the articles which have good hits/views (means popular article). And yes it also depends on the approved and publishing criteria of the article sites.

link:http://www.website.com/ is the proper way to find actual backlinks which Google counts. Quote: Originally Posted by joomladevs.com Google is showing backlinks only from the popular and high PR pages.

Iam totally aggre with you...
Besides submit article, you must do promote your'se website in social bookmarking / social networking and forum submission...
It's more effective to get links back to your'e sites ..

Thanks Thanks Joomladevs for your reply. I do agree with you.

Here is my another query

I've posted 7 articles in articlesbase.com site, every article has been approved. Out of which only 5 articles got indexed by Google. Now, what would be the reason for two articles not getting indexed in Google.

Would you please give your suggestions or ideas to index the other two articles in Google. Every queries in search engine has a corresponding keyword that you will use and not all submitted article will be index immediately by the search engine, sometimes it takes time to show in every results. However, you can ping your article to be able to give signal for search engine to crawl it. I do agree with heartofluck, ping your articles to let search engines know about the new article post, may be this could help and the other way is to wait and watch for Google to crawl your remaining 2 articles Quote: Originally Posted by lindamarymax Hi Buddy!!!

It simply because search engine loves fresh content, they will crawl your site immediately as soon as you have posted a new one. The more uodates you have the more chance of visiting your site of search engine to be able to get a good traffic. Also, adding additional content on a regular basis is going to do more good than any other. You can add these in the form of static web pages, but it is a much easier thing, generally speaking, to add a blog to the back end of your website and to constantly post to it. Most people do this on a daily basis, but it would not hurt if you did it several times a day, provided you were adding good content search engine will keep coming back to your site. use unique content and post not like stuff I came to know that indexing of sites would depend on the crawl rate of a site in which we're promoting, is that ? The link:website.com command in google only shows a small sample of the links google knows about. I think they do this to prevent strong backlink analysis using thier search engine.

A more complete list will be obtained by using the command link:site.com is Yahoo.

You can also see a list of your incomming links in Google webmaster tools.

Even if an article was accepted in 250 article directories, many of these directories may have a low presence in the search engine and the pages with your articles may not even be indexed in many of the directories. If a page is not indexed, the link will not count. Most article sites use copyscape and does not allow duplicate articles that have been published on another article sites. Thats why you need to use an article spinner. Any suggestions, ideas and advices are most welcome In order to get more back links, do not submit the same article. Make some changes to it. Then submit to top most article sites. Definitely there will be a good improvement what you expected. Here are some of the top most article sites: Ezine Articles, Go Articles, Article Dashboard, Article City, Idea Marketers, Articles Base, iSnare, Article Mark, Article Alley. Hope you already submitted under these. If not try these Thanks for sharing your ideas.. When it comes to article marketing I don't believe you get anything good from 250 submissions. Personally I write a quality article and then place it on either Buzzle or EZA and after it is approved and indexed I submit to 5-10 other directories. Never have had a problem with backlinks using that method
