Hi, Are you still on top of Google? There are 192,000,000 competitors and that is impossibleWhat exactely do you mean? For many of my chosen keywords I'm in the top 10...I am also on the TOP 10 for some of the keywords of my site...But from last week i saw changes in the ranking of many keywords in Google...It sounds like you should probably be thinking of more specific keywords first before targeting the big ones. Once you've built up a good site with a large amount of inbound links and top rankings for less competitive search terms you should be in a better position to aim for the more popular keywords.I'd advise using a keyword research tool, such as overture, to find some keywords which can send good traffic but without being as competitive as the top ones that everyone else is going for.I'm trying very hard to get into the top 10 of Google. But i know its going to take time.The more words you match up, and the more hits you get will increase your site to get to the higher top(i think..)
