are dynamic sites search engine unfriendly?

Hi,I have to use .aspx pages building my site and wonder does it matter for google SE whether my site is dynamic or static. If it does, is there any way to still use .aspx and avoid being downrated by google bots?google will spider and index dynamic pages fine.meman, is there any differnce than whether it is dynamic or static on SEO point of view ?not that i have seen.Google say they can spider dynamic content, but they say keep the variables short.
