Arabic and Urdu language packs

Hi,

I've been searching all over the threads here, can't locate an Arabic and Urdu Language pack for Vbulletin 3.8.0.

Can anyone guide me?

I found an Arabic one, posted here by Shammer yesterday.

However I'm still looking for the Urdu pack, any help please anyone??

I read it's not available, and I must create it myself.

Any help will be very much appreciated. As I've beeing Googling for a while now. No results.:|
