Applying content placeholders to specific pages

I have at the moment two content place holders in my master page - one for twitter and one for facebook feeds. I'm using Umbraco and basically this is the only way I can add the script to my site - so what I need to find out is how can I make the content placeholders appear visible ONLY on my home page, as at the moment they appear on every page that uses the master page.Here's the code wrapped around the script.. I was hoping Id=uHome would link it to that page but obviously not?asp:ContentPlaceHolder Id="uHome" runat="server"Thanks in advance.
