Application_BeginRequest() function not working on godaddy domain

I brought hosting from godaddy.My app. in asp.net c# is working fine.I mage a schedular using this linkhttp://www.codeproject.com/Articles/12117/Simulate-a-Windows-Service-using-ASP-NET-to-run-scIt works on localhost, but on web server,It dont.Then i found that it has problem with Application_BeginRequest() which is not firingKindly guide me.
