Appearing and Dissapearing in Google

I have a website that used to rank 2 in Google. For couple of months now it has a rank of 100 and its shifting places or it doesn't appear in Google.Everything on the site are checked for spamming or penalized sites linking to it.

Can please tell why is doing this?
