It works exactly how I want it in FF, safari etc.. but royally screws up in IE, thanks if you know.First off, move the css to an external file, the latest version of webdevext. screws up royally when its embedded(it adds a bunch of wierd css-3 backround clipping stuff).
Next, Use a faux column to get the color to extend all the way for the left (175px of red, then 1px of black, then repeat-y).
Once you've got that, post up again and i'll see what i can do.
