and i want to integrate this into vbulletin i mean to replace the default login panel
there is anyway to do this ???

I am pretty sure a hack already exists that does what you are asking, maybe search for login or floating login... I have not looked at your code but integration is probably not a big deal if you follow the example that's around for creating a vbulletin custom login page.
