Anyone Help Me With Impex

I recently done a test import and everything went fine (i am importing from ipb2)

We have decided to use vb as our forum software so i decided to import all the recent posts from the ipb forum and it just wont import the posts at all, it goes really slow but it didnt in the first instance.

Well, in that thread you pointed to, they seem to have solved the problem, so I'm assuming you tried that and it didn't work for you. Don't know what versions of either forum you're using, or how large the board you're trying to import is, but maybe try the latest impex posted here?

I just imported an smf 1.8 board into vb 3.8.1 without any problems - except I'm not sure why all my coded links are live, but that maybe has nothing to do with impex. The board I imported is small, though, only 30,000+ posts, so maybe that's why it worked okay for me....
