Any Reliable Bulk PR Checkers ?

I have tried the program "PaRaMeter" but it seems not to work all the time, I've tried few sites but they seems not to work from scan 2 or 3.

Any good program or sites to check 1000's of domains's PR without having problems ?

I even willing to pay money if there any site which doing that service.
