Any organization to report illegal SEO practice?

My website (legitimately #1) is now at #5 because of a web site that has thousands of keywords stuffed on the bottom of page.He/she has two identical web sites.Both of them are now #1 & #2. (showing 2 links each... taking 4 spaces)I've emailed google... but I still see that after 3 months.They are not even listed with DMOZ.Question:Is there an organization or website that's there to police the illegal use of SEO techniques?What is the future of policing the illegal use of SEO techniques?Thank you.lol i gotta admit this did make me giggle.That would be great - the FBI knocking your door down for stuffing your web page full of keywords Unfortunately user #2 the only thing you can do is report them to Google and the other major engines, but don't expect too much to be done about it.DDOS them =x...lol..jp...anyways as stated above..all your can really do is report them to the SE's..but I dont see alot coming from itnice idea, i tried that by putting the keywords in a DIV behind another DIV image to hide them... man the optimizers hit 100%.webfastic wrote:Not because they have thousands of keyword at the bottom of their site, they are also using illegal seo technique.
