Any MoD which can glows out when any User Clicks on it

Hello

I want to have an Hack or any other Add on which could make any thing glow
Like when a user click on anything like members shows in the Current Member List or touches a forum name on the main page or index page it glow
it order to know on where is he clicking

As in 3.7 i cannot remove the Underline can anyone give me a hack like this
When anyone clicks or touches it , The thing glow out

If like is any kinda mod , please give me
I think i have understood what i want clearly
