Any Help Getting The MAC Toolbar ?

Now a few weeks back i was on a site and they had this kind of navbar like animated now i aske the host and he said it was called a mac toolbar does anyone know were to get this for 3.8.0 ?

nah it wasent that kind of tool bar it was like there instead of the nav bar itself

If you could post a link maybe we could decide if it's superfish or suckerfish in design.
