Another Installation Error! Help!

I CHMOD All The Files To 777 Except Key.php. Then, When I Got The License

Number And Customer Number I Deleted The Keygen.php. After That, I

Changed The Folders To 755 And The Files To 644. I Went To

www.yourdomain.com/install/install.php And Type In The Customer Number

And....... Went To Step 3, It Said An ERROR!!!

"The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file."

By The Way/BTW: I Did The Config.php CORRECTLY!!!

Help Me Fix The Error
 
revert your setting on your folders to 755 and 655 where needed. If your un-famliar with installs you should not do thema as you can cause yourself problems beyond belief.

And next time dont Yell at someone to answer your question your the Newbie not us and there is nothing saying we have to help you so be thankful we do.

I understand that but being arrogant is not the way to recieve help. I suggest you think before posting and be calm then post..as rudeness and other such attitude may get you introuble. Try reading the Rules that are posted here on the fourm.
