Animated gif runs fast in netscape 6.x

just started on my site <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.slippystreet.f9.co.uk">http://www.slippystreet.f9.co.uk</a><!-- m --> and i have 2 animated GIFs on it. The left hand flag is no problem (from what i see) but the right hand lamb runs very fast in Netscape 6.x. I have tried out Opera 6.0 and IE6 and these browsers are ok with the graphic. Why does it act this way with Netscape, and why is the other GIF (flag) ok in the browser? Is there a solution? (apart from altering the graphic itself and adding more frames to slow it down.)<br />
