G Grinderhand New Member Feb 26, 2009 #2 Check the dimensions and size in kb you have specified in setup. If you let vb resize the avatar in kb or dimensions, that's what happens.

G Grinderhand New Member Feb 26, 2009 #4 AdminCP -> Usergroup -> Usergroup Manager -> select Edit for any user group -> Picture uploading Permissions -> check Can Upload Custom Avatars, Can Upload Animated Avatars, Custom Avatar Height, Width and File Size.
