Animated Avatars

Check your permissions on the usergroup who is trying to import the avatar.

Then check the properties of the image your are uploading,

If the image is larger than the permissions then increase the size's accordingly.

I cant remember off hand what the default settings are.

But 100x100 should suffice and your upload file size should ideally be 300k.
 
yeah on your AdminCP > Usergroup manager > animated avatar or something like that, u can allow them or disallow them along with setting the other options for dimentions and maximum size as stated above :)
