I would like to place a line of text running at an angle (i.e. bottom left to top right or any other direction) in a table cell or just some where in the body. Is there any way to do this with text only and not using a .gif or .jpg graphic. I use Adobe GoLive 5I think is possible with CSS (i slightly remember doing it a couple years ago).
You will get some better replies in the CSS forum. I will move this thread for you.

At the moment I don't think there's any other way than using a pic.
But I could be wrong !
If your intrested you can read this (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/CR-css3-text-20030514/#GlyphOrientation">http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/CR-css3-text- ... rientation</a><!-- m -->)
Good luck Zaclane.yea, i believe its possible with css3 but not with the others. atm css3 is barely supported at all, so using an image would really be your only option at this timeYou may be able to do it with VML (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/NOTE-VML-19980513">http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/NOTE-VML-19980513</a><!-- m -->)Originally posted by HaganeNoKokoro
