I am always curious in improving my SEO and getting better keyword indexed online. Below are the keywords I currently use, good or bad?
stocks to buy, trading options, stock tips, stock trades online stock trades, online broker, online stock trading, buy stocks, stock market today, investing money
Please let me know, even harsh criticism.

James Where did you get these keywords from? Did you check the global search volume for these keywords and the competition on these keywords. Here in this forum we can help you to do things by yourself rather others serving you. Try to visit the google external keyword tool site and check these keywords for search volume and competition. I haven't really used the samurai, but web ceo gave me a few really good results when i did my keyword research. I always prefer using multiple tools for my SEO tasks. I like using Google's Keyword suggestion and Wordtracker. I have used Web CEO a few years back but not recently. Google Adwords keyword tool is fine but you need to find competition by your self as this tool shows the PPC competition.

While the keywords you picked have both a lot of WW and USA searches they also are quite competitive, they are probably the most competitive in your niche - Stock Trading.
I would recommend picking easier keywords which are 3 or 4 word phrases and gradually move on to harder ones, unless your grasp of SEO is strong and you have a Big Budget. Traffic Travis has a
