I have written an e-mail newsletter in HTML format which I have sent via outlook express. The problem is that the code contains hrefs to anchor tags in the newsletter and these don't work in Outlook express. When the links are clicked the newsletter opens up in a new window with Internet explorer and does not reference the anchor tags in the e-mailed document in outlook express. <br />

I wonder if I am making myself understood...<br />
The file is in plain HTML format. when I sent it via e-mail it is not an attachment. The HTML file shows up exactly as it would in IE except it is now being shown in the body of an email. Just like you would use "stationery". The anchor tags work well to reference different sections of the same page but they do not work when the file is viewed in Outlook express.<br />
