Asynchronous Javascript And XML (AJAX) is becoming a big deal just now. While I can see the use of getting server data without having a page reload as being a great idea, I don't get the bit about XML. Apart from dynamically filling list/select boxes, how is XML used in any senario ... I'm sure there's more to it than just making a good acronym.
