[AJAX] Tabbed Forum Home 1.5 Problem

when i do everything, change templates all I get is Tab Home 1, Tab Home 2

This is just text. Nothing else happens, no tabs just plain text

I'm having the same problem as this guy. Any ideas on how to fix this?
