Advice for an address management application [closed]

I need an application to store and manage addresses which is accessible via the internet. The tasks will be rather simple, like adding new entries, deleting them, exporting lists as Excel files etc.I plan to use a mySQL database and a webserver for the app. Like this it will be accessible for the about 8 administrators.The question is about the frontend.I could write my own application from scratch.But, if there is already an open source solution available, which is stable and flexible and up to date in ways of security, then I don't want to reinvent the wheel.So my question is, can you recommend any software out there, that would fit my needs? I didn't find what I'm looking for on my recent google lookup.Thx in advance for your replies!
