AdSense warning

I have been using Adsence on one of my sites for some month with good results. Then google send me a letter and ends my partner program (because I have been working for another company that got banned for illegal clicks). My site is another domain and another company. Google have not said that I have done anything wrong on this account. Still they cancel the agreement for adSence. This is OK they do have that right. If they want to force their hornest partners to their competitors - it is mainly their problem.BUT - how can they hold the payment for my already delivered valid clicks ?!? This is wrong. I have read the agreement and it does not say that they have the right to cancel payments for valid clicks.Warning - you may deliver valid adds and clicks to google for upto 8 weeks and then they stop your account and holds the payment even if you have followed the agreement to the letter!Quote:Hi I must say I don't think you read my post very well - or I don't express myself very well. (maybe the later... )Google have NEVER stated that there were any illegal clicks or activity on my account (which is true). Nevertheless they closed it and hold the payment for 6 weeks of valid clicks. The key issue is - do thay have the right to close an account and withhold upto 8 wekks of valid clicks anyway !?! e.g. without any illegal clicks.I certanly do not see that in the affiliate agreement. If you do - please tell me where this is stated. There must be some thing wrong in your account. Google banned your for your own activities in your own accountConth wrote:It was another company/server/domain.But yes I did login from the same IP. But this is silly(!) that would mean that any account owner that logs in from the same network (with NAT) may be banned for no reason. And I still don't agree with you that the agreement says that they have the right to withold payment if there is NO ILLEGAL CLICK. I think it states very clearly that only illegal clicks will not be acounted for (or if they are mixed with a lot of illegal clicks). In my case google have not accused me for this...Please observe - I do NOT disagree about the account. They DO have the right to terminate the account without any reason. But what I cannot accept is their right to not pay me for my valid clicks when they close the account.Do you mean that at any time they can close any account and withhold payment for upto 8 weeks of valid clicks without giving any reason !?! If this is true I certainly find it very strange...It's their clause to ditch you basically. It protects them.Quote:Why don't you paste the google mail here for more clarity?Let's know who is doing wrong..That would be against TOS SnailDev.The mail is in swedish... I still cannot accept their right to cancel the payment for valid clicks on a suspicion - and without even stating that there is any illegal clicks. They can absolutly cancel the agreement on that reason but NOT the payment of already produced valid clicks. That is wrong!I don't get the point. Why not ignore clicks from the same IP that is used for admin login instead of cancelling the account ? What is the point ?? If this is not possible they should clearly warn affiliates for this! I certanly did not observe this ?! It clearly states that you may not click your own ads but nothing about avoiding logging in from any IP that may click on the ads ?!?Or - they could easily - let affiliates register IP(s) that should NOT be counted.I don't get it. what is the possible reason for not doing this ?? If it isn't a delibirate way to fool small websites that will stand no chance against google... But that must be very shortsighted if it is true...*EDIT spellingConth wrote:Axe wrote:Just one last(?) addition. Your quoted part of the agreemant is;"or (e) clicks co-mingled with a significant number of invalid clicks described in (a) above, or as a result of any breach of this Agreement by You for any applicable pay period."That means you conlusion is that I have breached the agreement. I don't follow you. You seriously mean that I have done this just by logging in to my account from an IP that is banned ?! I cannot see in the agreement that this is a breach.Conth wrote:
