Administrators cannot post

Hey everybody,
A few days ago my hosting had some problems and so I lost my forums. Now I'm redoing them, but with my Database backup. The thing is,everybody can post, but when an administrator (me) tried to post, I always get the same error (posting or creating a thread):

# The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 1 characters

For a while it didn't worked, it worked for 2mins and then it didn't work again ! And as this problem occurred at the same time we ain't able to use smilies either (smilie menu doesn't work).
Does anyone have a clue of whats going on?

First thing I did if I didn't had permissions the error would appear "you do not have permissions bllalba"

Try making a new administrator to see if that one can post.

I made it to solve my prob, but the thing is,now whevener someone tries to post it requires Moderation Validation LOL (not from admins though,and the prob isn't on the perms, "moderation queue" is set to "yes")
