adding page to the searching engine

Need an advice how to add page to the searching engine. The page will not contain a many text, so I need insert the specific key words inside a html code, and make it accessible for searching engine (but not for the user).<!--content-->http://searchenginewatch.com/webmasters/index.php<!--content-->
