Adding custom pages into the forums (not vBAdvanced or CMS!)

Hey guys,

how to add a custom page to the forums? I found a thread which explains how to add links in the navbar, but i want to "include" them, because I want to add the teamspeakviewer script. I think it's in HTML or in PHP. It shouldn't link to a "white" page with the script ;)

Can you tell me, how to, please?

First of all, thanks a lot! But how to add the generated page to the navbar?

Ah yes, how can I include an existing page into my forums, e.g. Youtube: You click on the Link, still in your Forums, but on Youtube, too.
Someone said via Iframes, but I'm not very good in those things :(

Would be grateful for further help ;)
