Add static row to gridview

I have a gridview and need to add static row after header: How to achieve the same:Ex:Col1_Header1 | Col2_Header 2 from DB
Static Text Col1| Static text Col2
my databound col1 | my databound col 2
my databound col1 | my databound col 2
my databound col1 | my databound col 2
my databound col1 | my databound col 2
