add picture to album other sites

hello i wanna open album option but i dont wanna users upload my own host i wanna users add pictures others sites or upload other sites like imageshack.. is there any hack or somebody make it that will be very usefull for everyone

this would be really usefull as some hosts don't allow certain file sizes and what not so basically we're looking for away to add photos to albums by using links instead of the uploader.. anybody?
