Add images to new thread bit like [code] tags...

Isn't there a way in vB Admin to make a bbcode tag represent something in HTML?

e.g.

Code: 
[DOWNLOAD] => <img src="http://i39.tinypic.com/2a5iqkj.png" border="0" alt="Download" title="Download" />

So that you just type [DOWNLOAD] and that image is thrown in automatically...?
 
Search for the download bbcode hack on here, I think hoxxy has a version of it too. I am positive that multiples version / displays have been posted.
