add column into a datagrid dynamically

Hi

I have a datagrid contains some dynamic values like

Title - Header Text

Tm
Tl
AG
Fl
FTL

I have another datagrid contains like this
TM - Header Text TL
80% 50% etc.

i want to check with the title with both gird and assign commission (% values) into top datagrid? Expecting your reply
