Is there any chance I can have people adding their own links and information?
I do not know PHP but have a solid understanding of HTML.if your "old media" are already in a database, it would be easy to setup a form to add info into it!You'll need a server-side language, like PHP, to do this. PHP is easy to learn.
There are many scripts already written, that will do roughly what you want to do.
You just need to find them.
