Add a Administrator and Mod Note

I want to ask that , is there any BB code so that I can Add a Administartor Message and a Moderator Message so that if any of the mods want to add or want to tell any thing to the Member they can Edit there post and just add what they want to say , in that kinda Code

Say for Example

A BBCode like this , [mod] Note.............. [/mod]
Which Adds like this , for An Admin to Add a Admin Note and for a MOD to Add a Mod note ., to that users follow the rules
