Active Content in XML Document

Is there any way to send script, executables, etc. in XML? For instance, wouldeither of the following work?Scenario 1) <COMMAND> setup.exe </COMMAND> Where setup.exe is a file.Scenario 2) <COMMAND> format a:\</COMMAND>
