i have a multiple choice test in pdf format. i want students to click on one of the fields (answer choices) and if it is correct i want a smiley face to pop up for a few seconds then i want the student to be returned to the original question on the pdf file. if the answer they choose is incorrect, then the screen may remain the same. is there also a way to tally the number of correct responses using java? i can make the correct answer field open a new pdf file with the smiley on it and i can make that smiley pdf close and go back to the original pdf. i just can't get the smiley to go back to the spot where the student was on the orginal pdf. i am sure there is an easier way to do all of this.
