Well i finish Everything But im Using Wampserver and MySql? wat do u guys Using cause I cant Make ...like people go to mySite ...im The only 1 can go ...to the Site...:[ anyHelp?

This has nothing to do with "Wampserver" you need to configure your firewall or router to allow port 80 open.

yeah i have Router

goto your routers configuration options and find something to foreward port mapping. Add port 80 to your local ip address (192.168.x.x or 10.0.0.x)
Find this by command ipconfig.

Play around your router settings untill you see its open.
Now guest can view your board on the internet.
