No, in that you shouldn't anyway. Even if you could. Some people find it only just bearable having their browser scroll bars change colour. It is another thing to go another level and screw with their browser that way.<br />

Well, It's not for the whole site anyways. It's just for an iframe in the middle of the page, so it would just look better if it was thinner. I think matching the scrollbars colors with the site's colors looks good, though.<br />
