A Resizable I-Frame

In going through the many ideas I have for redesigning my website, I'm considering using an I-Frame. Is it possible to make an I-Frame with a set width of 90% and a height that can be adjusted by the user (though I would set its initial size in pixels)? I'd want the I-Frame window to be compatible with all screen depths from 640x480 and up, so that's why I figure a resizable height would be the way to go.<!--content-->just make them percentages like you just said. tha tis all you can do.<!--content-->OK.<!--content-->
