I am self-taught with HTML, i learnt the basics from html goodies (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.htmlgoodies.com/">http://www.htmlgoodies.com/</a><!-- m -->) i then progressed onto obtaining an HTML book, i strongly recommend it for other like minded individuals who like to learn for themselves and write their own code, it gives you examples of webpages and displays the source code. It even gives you a page of colours and their hex codes and a list of the 16 predefined colours. It is called <br />
"HTML 4 for the world wide web" by Elizabeth Castro. I payed ?5 for it and it is worth every penny.<br />

:D<!--content-->Yeah, I still have an older edition of this book from when I first learnt HTML. It is certainly a great reference book for beginners.<!--content-->
