We need to collect data form our employees , we use Apache+PHP4+Mysql as local server . for the first time each employee should be able to create his own password & ID (Staff No.)
1- Login screen (asking for ID and password ) or create new one
2- A form continues all of information needed (30-50) felids .
3- All felids should be filled.
4- Submit button .
5- On screen conformation massage .
6- Ability to edit those data any time .
7- Only administrator can see all result queries .
8- Data can export to Excel .
