I've noticed when sites use spcer.gif's, etc that are for table formatting and/or HR's in image format that they don't always load and end up showing a broken link image.<br />

Perfect example is the new/old mail icons on these forums. Some times they load and some times they don't. A quick refresh or right-click>show image fixes the issue, but I find that to be annoying.<br />

I'm guessing this is a caching issue of IE, just sort of curious if anyone else has had this problem and they did to resolve it.<br />
