3 Weeks waiting - Requesting new cat. at DMOZ

I have requested for another category at DMOZ.I already edit 2 categories.It's a small category that I requested over 3 weeks ago.From my editor's home page, I can see my requested category.If I was rejected, I will get email notification right away.So, I know I have a good chance of getting approved.But..It's been over 3 weeks that my request is in the "Requested cat. list"Last time, it took about 10 days. (for the last request)What is the normal time to have your request approved (for additional category request)During that waiting time, should I NOT request for any other category to edit?lol this is DMOZ your talking about?If your an editor there you should know better than most they do things when they can be bothered.
