I have 3 questions that i need desperate HELP with!!. Scott..looking your way buddy!----->

1. What the hell are CCS, and how do you use them? I know its for changing font style and colors, but thats all i know. Any links for places that can teach me about them?<br />

2. Templates, I made this cool page..just the index page, but now i want to make templates out of it. I'm using Fireworks to design the page, then export the file to Dreamweaver, how do I make Templates from Dreamweaver?<br />

3. This is not related to Web-design, more like a pain in the ass, My Internet Explorer is acting up. Everytime i open a window from within a window it opens it up in a lil tab and then i have to Maximize it to view the damn page!! I hit a link..and all that i get is the title bar thats at top of every web page! How do I make it open already Maximize?<br />

Basically this is a system where you specify styles for, like you said, colour and font.<br />
<br />
The Cascaded part is because you can have an external style sheet (another file), an internal one (in the head section of the page) and an inline one.<br />

3. I'm not sure. I know if the last window I opened is a small one (such as a popup ad), that's the size any subsequent windows will open. <br />
